Final of 10th "OHTC Cup" Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Held in Chengdu

The final of the 10th "OHTC Cup" Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Chengdu on September 4.

To date, the competition has attracted 4,573 high-tech projects from 60 countries and regions globally. Among these, 951 projects advanced to the semi-finals and participated in roadshows in Sichuan. Over the previous nine editions, 252 high-quality projects have been established in Sichuan through various means such as company registration, talent employment, and technical cooperation. These projects span five major sectors: biomedicine, electronic information, high-end intelligent manufacturing, green energy, and cultural creativity, deeply aligning with Sichuan's "5+1" modern industrial system. They have injected momentum into the iterative upgrading of both traditional advantage industries and strategic emerging industries, continuously contributing to the development of new quality productive forces in Sichuan.

This year's competition received support from the Chengdu Social Organization Development Special Fund. The event continued its comprehensive process mechanism of "evaluation + matching + services." Ultimately, six projects with outstanding technological advantages and significant market potential were awarded first, second, and third prizes across various fields.

Xu Jiazhong (Intelligent Robotic Layup and Winding Equipment for Advanced Composite Materials and Its Industrialization)

Third Prize: Teng Huijun (Application of New Thermal Management Materials in Advanced Packaging); 

Wang Hao (AI-TOF Processor Chip Development and Industrialization of Dynamic Recognition Systems); 

Wang Minqi (Industrial-Grade Film, Animation, and Game Production System Based on 3D Optical Motion Capture)
